Work At The Racing Line Halifax

A crucial stage of finishing our Pulsar GTiR lies in the capable hands of Matt at The Racing Line in Halifax, after using him myself for tuning another car and talking too him, and also listening to what other GTIROC members had to say,  I knew Matt had the reputation to undertake this project.

Firstly I sat down with Matt and discussed where we were too go with the car, after a long discussion we finally decided too do the following: -

• Replace Standard Ecu with a Vipec V44 Ecu
• Custom Made Side Exit Exhaust
• Replace All Transmission Oils
• Geometry Setup
• Fit Walbro 255 in Tank Fuel Pump and Bosch 044 in boot
• Fit Custom Made Large Swirl Pot in the Boot
• Replace All Fuel Lines with Aeroquip Hosing
• Sard Fuel Pressure Regulator
• 1400cc Fuel Injectors
• Billet Custom Made Fuel Rail Anodised Blue (Made by Matt)
• Powder Coat Oil Cooler Mount
• Dials Mounted Inside (Boost, Oil Pressure, Oil Temp) etc
• Run The Engine in On the Dyno
• Map The Car With Multiple Maps Including E85 Fuel

As you can see Matt has already made our custom made side exit exhaust: -
